FAQ

Why is Stripe restricted in Bangladesh?
Stripe doesn't directly support BD merchant accounts as of 2026. We support bKash + Nagad natively. For card payments, we offer a Stripe Atlas path (Delaware LLC) on Chain+ tiers.
Can I use my own bKash account?
Yes. Every tier connects your own bKash Foster merchant credentials in Admin → Settings → Payments. Lite + Pro can also start in stub mode and add real creds later.
What's the upgrade path Lite → Pro → Chain?
In-place. Your data stays in the same D1, the same domain. We migrate your Worker to a dedicated instance (Pro) or move it into your CF account (Chain+) without downtime.
Do I keep my data if I cancel?
Yes. Full export (CSV + SQLite + R2 archive) within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, we delete per PDP Act 2023 §15.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Self-serve on Lite + Pro. Chain + Enterprise include white-glove onboarding (data import, training, branding) at no charge.
