Legal
Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-05-25. Governing law: Bangladesh. Disputes arbitrated in Dhaka.
Service
PharmacyOS provides a software-as-a-service platform for retail pharmacy operations in Bangladesh. The Service is offered in four tiers: Lite, Pro, Chain, and Enterprise. See Pricing for current rates.
Trial & billing
Lite and Pro tiers include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, billing begins on the day of conversion. We bill monthly in advance. Failed payments enter a 14-day grace period; suspension follows if not resolved.
Acceptable use
- You must hold a valid DGDA pharmacy license to operate the Service commercially
- You must NOT use PharmacyOS to dispense NCD Class A or B drugs without a valid prescription
- You must NOT share patient health information outside DGDA-permitted parties
- You must NOT attempt to circumvent the compliance hard-blocks
Liability
PharmacyOS is a tool. Pharmacy operators carry legal liability for their dispense decisions, regulatory filings, and customer interactions. Our compliance features assist with documentation but do not replace pharmacist judgment.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. On cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days during which you can request a full export. After 30 days, your business data is deleted per PDP Act 2023 §15. NBR-required records (sales, invoices) remain available for the 6-year retention period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Dhaka per the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001.
